Farsouth support

I purchased a Farsouth PBX about 18 months ago, thinking that local is lekker, but despite the manufacturer being in Cape Town, I have been battling to get any form of competent support since then.

Can someone help or put me in contact with competent tech support who will respond to support requests in less than a month?

I have managed to get a halfhearted response from Vox, but depending on where that goes....
Are you able to offer support and where are you based?
