Fastest ISP for getting installation? (Openserve)

Had great experience with Garth from ISPAfrika.

Don't think so... it depends on how busy openserve are. I applied with Axxess and started receiving calls from a cape town number the next working day. I was not expecting it to be openserve so I ignored it. After a few days I eventually answered it and they asked if they could come the next day, which they did, and completed the install.
