Well I call it private road for legal reasons. But you have a good guess there. Lets just some parts you can't go more than 80 else you'll end up in a Hopefield and on the other end you drift in the Vel. But in the middle its pretty much private as far as I can see. Sadly my Corsa D can't match that, it runs out of steam (and revs) at about 180.
