Help Please!

What cause this error? It only happens when i play Warcraft, everything like crysis and stuff is fine. It is always at a random time.

a Fatal Error is when you character gets killed off!

seriously... it could be any one of a number of things.

Are you using the very latest version of your graphics and sound drivers? Have you checked if there are updates available for those?

What internet connection are you using?

what did you change recently on your machine? and the specs of your pc?

Access violation is the most generic error you'll get.
What operating system are you running? Generally you'll get an access violation if the application uses a function of the operating system that isn't available anymore.

Also, this a legit version?

It happens on and offline, i'm using e6850, gigabyte N680sli DQ6, 4 gig cl4 ddr800 and 2 8800gts in sli. I have the latest nvidia display drivers, will look for the others now and report back.

Most people that I know that get this error are running XP. I got it once a while back, but I am running vista. I know that my friends did windows updates and drivers and it has reduced the number times they get it... One of my friends logged a call at blizzard about this as well, if you want, I can forward you the mail?

I got these when my system overheated. Check your temperatures and see if anything is going to high.

I got the new sound driver (only new drivers for my system) and touch wood, but all seems good. I'm running xp, temps are ok and during day i have a desk fan cooling pc too. Thanx for the help. Will report back if i see the error again

That doesn't look like Vista, check the OK button... as for the exe, no comment
