Faulty Cards

Hello ppl, I've got a problem with a Novatel Card. When the dash initialises the card the lights come on but blink faster and faster untill they both are shining solid. The dash cannot "see" the card and I've tried to flash the card's firmware but that doesn't seem to be able to "see" the card either. Any ideas on the cause? On a sidenote, has anyone taken a card in to be replaced, repaired etc. what is the policy with vodacom?

Best bet is to take the card to one of the Vodacom Data Support Walk-in centers. There's one at Vodaworld in Midrand if you're in that area. Also in Cpt and I think one on Durbs (need to check).

They'll be able to test and confirm the card's status for you. They'll also be able to help you get it repaired.
