Fav Springbok

Current:
Pierre Spies
Bakkies Botha
Jacque Fourie

Of all time in no particular order:
Carel Du Plessis
Andre Venter
Ruben Kruger
Pieter Muller
Danie Gerber
Ray Mordt

Habana. I really hope he reaches his half century

Current, Spies for sure.

All time is a bit more complicated...

John Smit is still playing but that man is kinda "Captain, my Captain" for me... Might be all-time favorite but then, what about Corne Krige or Uli Schmidt or Andre Venter or Andre Vos or Andre Joubert or Os or Francois? Goddamn, too difficult to call.

1. Between Jaque Fourie and Frans Steyn.
2. Probably Andre Joubert or James Small.

1. Bakkies Botha : If I could liken him to a dog it would be a bull terrior. Not the sharpest tool in the box but tough as nails with a huge amount of spirit.

2. Henry Honeyball - The greatest number 10 South Africa has ever produced. A man of steel with an ability to read the game very few ever have.

Hell I hope Hougaard goes on to become one of those "great" boks. The way he plays is awesome and the strength and guts he shows (Maybe not always brains:p) is just what a winger needs.

Current: JP Pietersen. With pie lover Habana stealing the limelight, JP generally slips under the radar. Big, strong, reasonably fast and a rugby brain which few in the backline posess. His defence is stellar and it always seems as if he enjoys his rugby.

Of all time: Andre Joubert. The Rolls Royce. No further comments needed.

Currently

Heinrich Wilhelm Brüssow is an absolute monster + Frans Steyn is the most complete and talented player ,possibly in the world.

The good ol' days.....

Naas the baas was a legend.

Gary Teichmann was also a good bloke, perhaps abit tooooooooo nice:cry:

Guys guys, you are not seeing the big picture here.

Jacque "the fury" Fourie. Fourie's a jolly good feeellooooowww!!

- He has scored against every team he has played against.
