Fax and Voice on datacards?

Any news on when we can expect fax and voice calls being possible on the existing datacards? What will be required - will it be software, firmware or new cards?

And I promise not to ask about prepaid data packages

Voice... errr... well skype or google talk or even msn chat....dedicated fax however wont work as it needs to work on a TDMA network..... unless ur data card had CSD or HSCSD..and if you have enhanced fax and data activated on your account...

Need to check on the latest cards, but I could make CS calls on my Option Colt. Made both voice and video calls via a headset.

V3g you mentioned earlier they were developing software to make voice/video calls via the laptop using the 3G card- has/will the software been/be released and can you buy the Colt headset in SA? I believe you need no software to receive voice calls as the headset has an answer key.

IT all went quiet and I'm not to sure if the new cards supports it, but will check.
