Fax not working on ADSL

i have a problem my fax m/c not working on a ADSL line

I have tested the fax kit on another m/c (analogue line) and it is working fine, there is an ADSL filter box on the line but still I don't get a dialling tone, I also checked the marketing aria, dial tone detection, and other setting I could think off. There is an old fax m/c at the customer which is working fine, I plugged the Fax into the same line and it's not working....

Any ideas??
