HI THERE GROUP OF SENTECH CUSTOMERS,
Thanks very much for sending us your letter and for supplying the valuable
information.
My wife and I also have been experiencing the problems you mention. We also
have found Sentech 'help desk' assistance unhelpful.
Please keep us on your mailing list and keep us informed of any further
developments.
The initiative you took on behalf of us is appreciated very much.
Keep well.

Hi there....As a relatively "new"customer,i must confess,the issues
mentioned in your e-mail does certainly raise concern for me....
I personally have not "as of yet"had a very bad experience with Sentech
as such but then again,it could still perhaps be early days as i
haven,t used it very often?(I am keeping my "landline dial-up" as a
"back up" for now....)
There are certain "minor"issues that i did encounter with regards to
getting connected initially though...In my opinion there is quite a bit
of room for improvement regarding the technical support for Mac
users...?Although i eventually got "My Wireless" going,it probably
would have been a much quicker and less frustrating process had there
been
more specific info, options and guidelines available on the website to
Mac users regarding the registration process as well as how to set up
one's Mac etc.It did take quite a few e-mails and phone calls to
eventually get the right info...(Maybe a "Set-up guide for dummies"or
something like that would have helped as the installation Cd couldn't
run on my Mac Laptop....?)
Even though Sentech Support did respond promptly to all my e-mails
during the set-up process,i could not help getting the feeling that
some of the technical support staff members were maybe "uninformed"with
regards to Mac.
I am certainly no computer expert so,maybe it is not for me to judge
them but i do feel strongly about the fact that Sentech as a company
should make provision for Mac users on their website, software
installations etc.as well as hopefully,(if not already...mmmm,being
hopeful here....),train their staff(retail as well as technical
support), to deal with most technical problems that their customers are
generally experiencing, whether it be for PC or Mac offcourse.....
At the risk of maybe adding more "fuel to the fire",i just wanted to
bring these thoughts of mine to your attention in hope of better
service for all Sentech Customers in the future....
Regards,

Interesting email. Short of quitting Sentech and finding a new ISP, is there
anything I can do?
Also, please put me on your mailing list. Please use my home address, not my
work address.
