I jhave to formally tell you. I've been capped Internationally but can surf locally but ain't all of Telkom dsl members getting the same service as others.. How can it work in certain areas, I'm sure that statement ain't true... If Telkom do the pay as you go service for locally.. How much will we billed the standard rate or will there be a new price structure.
