Hi everyone,

Does anyone know any providers that does installations for fibre in complexes / estates, because openserve / vumatel is trash. They keep making excuses or they just never get back to you when you request fiber.

We have fiber running through the street, but we can't get a decent provider ro come out and get a site survey for the complex

SADV/DFA through ST Solutions as the marketing partner. Seems like SADV/DFA seriously want a share of the market. Check the thread below.

Vumatel bought Fibrehoods.
Fibrehoods used Red networks in our area.

Maybe contact Fibrehoods and see what they offer.

Having the basic intrastructure from street to outside homes (ready to go in) should be free of charge. We were even given a basic out lay/plan with photos of those spaces that required more detail. A discriptive site walk/talk. No work proceeded until signed off by the complex trustees. The complex did not ask them. They requested permission to do basic area survey so they could submit.

Installation fee to your selected ISP covers the last bit into the home for those that wish to have the service.
