Fiber Query for Small Complex

So while reviewing the Openserve coverage map for my area I see that the entire area has gone live except for my complex.
All attempts by the BC a year ago to contact Openserve during the initial fiber layout in the area was ignored and they hoped that Openserve will contact them which hasn't happened.

Is there anybody with some experience in getting Openserve install in small complexes?

Hi. I am in exactly the same situation. Been struggling since last year March to get Openserve to install fibre in our small complex in Pretoria East.

Eventually, about a month ago, we were contacted by a fairly new company called Acquivate to come out and do the inspection and do the necessary to get fibre installed in our complex. We are still in the process of signing the initial documents, so I cannot vouch for the service at the moment.

What annoys me is that in our dead end street only with only four houses for which has fiber available they ignored the 25 unit complex. A complex that has which can add 10-15 fiber lines and with existing telephone ducting available.

You'd maybe have to try SADV or someone else, I don't think openserv actually does the laying of the cables in complexes. I know in the complex I left at the end of the year SADV did it.

So an update from my side is that one of my queries resulted in Telkom / Openserve contacting us in order organize a site inspection.

Not exactly sure what happened as I am not a trustee, but another company ended up taking over the finalization of the fibre install.
