Fiber - Springs

Surely if I’ve applied for the “solution” from vodacom they would be arranging this?
What I have read from Previous posts. You applied directly through Vodacom.
Vodacoms website showed everything running through them when I applied
Vodacom need to connect onto Vuma Back bone.

Get sms and phone call's for fiber installation.
Vuma is not ready for them yet.

Look like the trenching between Selection Park and Edelweiss. Could be fiber connection
 
I am a little disappointed and honestly read to tell @vodacom to come fetch their modem, webafrica and the others are literally knocking on my door, for signups , they will come do a pre-install now, so when the network goes live 1st August, I’m connected

However, Vodacom , will only get the ball rolling with the order to vuma once everything is running

Use those steps.

Mine is currently "Pre-Order". I had already phone calls for installation. Fiber is not yet ready here.

Hello all, they are busy with quality checks. Checking all pipes layout and routes up to the general Fiber Termination Box outside on your pavement. This should be completed by end of week.

so any preferred ISP? see a Webafrica already registered.
 
Wonder if I can cancel with Vodacom while it hasn’t been installed yet? so far, their “wait and see” attitude stinks
 
i would suggest you be a little more detailed if someone has to contact you, or at least be enticed to contact you... imo
I am a Vox partner and i market all Vox products on their behalf.

Why should you apply through me?
1.I will give you my expert advise on which product/package to apply for based on your needs and behavior on your current connectivty.
2.If you have any issue with your services then you contact me directly and i deal with Vox on your behalf. (To avoid being taken for a ride)
 
If you have not signed any Contract. It should be fine.
The contract is not effective yet because they haven't installed anything or put anything to service.
