In essence, in the good old days and exchange had 10 to 14 hours of backup, but is no longer the case. Last I heard it could be as low as 30 minutes but probably is about 4 hours.
Now power backup on fibre becomes an end user problem as well.
 
If it were me and i just wanted to run those 2 items and not strain my UPS battery i would spend R1099 on something like this.

I have the 1500va version. I believe it has 2 x 9ah batteries.

IIRC the 1100v version has 2x 7ah batteries.
 
You would think so. Only way to know is to test it. Find a way to keep your router on. A UPS should work. (just remove the stupid beeeep beeeep beeeep thingy)

My Eaton 1500v isnt there but it works.

Have a raspberry pi hooked up thats collecting data, and is set to turn the beeper off if it resets for whatever reason.
