Fibre availability in Highveld, Centurion

Does anyone know of any service provider that's laying fibre in Highveld, Centurion? I've already signed up at every single service provider that I can find online but all of the replies I received state that my suburb is not covered.

Same here, but as far as I know we only have that narrow band by Southdowns and the golf estate...I don't know of anyone bothering to install further away than that.

I contacted iconnectsa but they say that it's not available in my area. I replied that their website claims that my area is indeed covered but they did not respond after that.

I logged my interest in November last year. Except for the auto-reply mail, I received no further communication from them. Probably means that there's very little interest in my area or that MTN are useless. Past experience with MTN has shown that the second option might be closer to the truth.

No. DFA's coverage map shows that there's fibre in our area but getting someone to actually install it is the trick. I'm about 50 meters away from the closest DFA fibre but I can't figure out how to get connected. Everyone I try to signup with says that there is isn't fibre available in our area.

The latest coverage maps show that almost the whole of Centurion is covered/planned but not Highveld!

Highveld has at least 4 LTE towers but why just put more and more towers when it is already abundantly clear that Highveld has more than enough user willing to go fiber?

Some good news: Metro Fibre have confirmed that they will be laying fibre in Highveld. They can install with immediate effect inside complexes, houses etc. but the backbone will be done January/February 2018 onwards. I'm already busy getting my complex to sign with them so that we can start the ball rolling.
