fibre down for 2 weeks now....

getting quite depressed now... fibre been down for 2 weeks now. a guy was here about a few days in and tested and said the problem was elsewhere and left. never heard from him again. a week in a guy calls me to make an appointment to come in the friday afternoon or the saturday morning i say hell yes ill be there. no one shows up.

i call telkom during the week and beg them to sort this out. they escalated the problem they assure me. yesterday i get a call out of the blue the tech is at my gate. but he never arranged with me to come and im stuck in heidelberg..... i ask him nicely to come today i tell him ill put out drinks, snacks, the whole 9 yards. ill be home all day he can come. he says no problem hell be here in the morning. now its almosy midday already and no show.

just want to die now... seriously

doesnt anybody know a techies number for fibre in the moreleta park area? ill even pay the guy to come fix my fibre! yes, i am that desperate
