These guys are progressive! It's taking a bit of time, but they seem to be taking a very strategic approach to the whole thing. I'm thinking within the decade they will surpass Telkom for coverage. Too bad the gov can't seem to get it in their head...

Faster broadband roll-out...

You just simply have to cover the profitable bases first or else it will take forever to get internet to everybody. It's the difference between flogging the same old donkey to death and looking well after a racehorse to get somewhere. Once you have a good income base you can afford to toss a bit of money at rural areas now and then and with a bit of funding from the gov the problem will solve itself - Quickly and profitably. That... Is the right way.

when I see the Telkom people replacing my outdated and congested exchange I'll believe it but until then they can spin as many stories about fibre as they want
