Fibre for small business

Hi there

Currently we with Liquid Telecoms 20mb with 5 static ip (we only use 1 static ip) and it's costing us a fortune and thing we can get alternative internet that's faster for cheaper. Fibre available is openserve and frogfoot.

We looking to get maybe 100mb to 1GB Fibre connection for our business. It doesn't have to be business fibre internet but we also need at least 1 static ip address unless someone can recommend me other solution?

Currently we have one .com domain name that goes to one of our servers to be accessed remotely and thus we need the static ip. If maybe someone can suggest how I can do it without static ip and still use the .com domain name then feel free to comment here.


Forgot to mention we also have a site to site vpn connection and also other connections remoting via vpn connection

We have small businesses that we deliver gigabit connections to for under R500pm, and others that we have to pay DFA R5000pm that are 100Mbps or Openserve R13000 for 100Mbps... thats before usage. So, it all depends on location... I sugest you want to chose a good landlord and location is key...

Cost and availability all depend on the location and expected service levels,think you have a good swathe of options now to investigate

nah we only need FTTH with 1 static ip. Like at home we have openserve with all the isps available that's better than Telkom we have Telkom as isp and it's working fine. We don't need SLA etc etc. I think the fibre will hardly go down. If the isp can give us Frogfoot fibre with static ip that would be nice as they offer 1gbps connection.

Hi there still waiting and I even called your sales team now with no answer. The lady even said the guy will contact me back and still waiting. No one can properly help me over the phone etc etc. Not a great start on the phone so far
 
So any other isp willing to help me out. Just need a ftth service with 1 static ip on frogfoot or openserve network
