Cable supplying Sheppie ripped out. Techs on site says 12 hours.

@Afrigirl Umtentweni is down again...

I know it's the area from WhatsApp.

Log a fault please.

Getting really annoyed now.

Is it just the area or is Frogfoot just not good?

My Openseve Cool-Ideas fibre line in Durban has been down maybe 4 times in 4+ years, I know for fact I've not had to log more than 2 tickets in that time.

I have an Afrihost frogfoot line down in Port Shepston / Oslo beach and I'm getting notifications that feel like weekly there is a problem. Have to log it will Afrihost at least 3-4 times a year. Yet again it down and has been since 23rd. The day after the latest "Frogfoot is attending to a fault affecting your fibre" notice.

Normally comes back within 24 hours

First or second time this year it went down for my area (just now), not bad actually. Though, I'm not sure if it's because the digging has slowed down or all the adjusted splices had played a role lol.
