Yeah it is that much for the Margate/Uvongo area, luckily been at the gf in Tweni for most of the time and must say I have not experienced downtime with FF that side as often at least.
 
Where does one get openserve here in ramsgate, cause I've been struggling now for two weeks (and my service is only two weeks old)

I really hope Openserve can see the doors opening for them on the Coast and decide to start rolling out to areas more aggressively that are not covered.
 
I bought and LTE router and a telkom 2tb account as backup, but of course with all the loud shedding, the tower gets hammered, and goes down quickly without power. So to assist my fibre (lol, would never have thought I would say that....but yes thank you FrogFoot), I have a telkom LTE router, and then I have MTN LTE.

Nope, not even close. I’m like in this geological black hole. It’s so bad that I now want to cancel RSAWEB and get someone else with a local frogfoot footprint. Atleast then I cut 50% of the downtime . Cause between frogfoot and RSAWEB it’s a race to who can be the crappiest

Can't go wrong with Afrihost to be honest, forum support is extremely good and I do not have any issues with them.
 
Im thinking of going with them, well its one of the ISP, purely for the online presence here. I've also heard a lot of good things about LinkConnect in Uvongo. But yeah, I need to cancel RSAWeb first, its been down since yesterday 4:30. Last night they posted, that the support has stopped working due to bad weather ?! I just hope the wind doesn't blow in the wrong direction, might force them to down tools for a week
