Fibre in Ramsgate

@Afrigirl thanks for the speed update - now 240 vs 150.
Hi.
Yes, we have started rolling out the new speeds with Frogfoot, and this will be done throughout the month of February until all clients have the correctly configured speeds.

@Afrigirl thanks for the speed update - now 240 vs 150.
I'm curious to see if the 150 -> 240 upgrade will see a price change on Afrihost, as it was mentioned in the support thread that new sign ups and entry packages would see increases, the fastest package see decreases, and some would remain the same. It would be over-budget for me if so, but the new 120/60 package to downgrade to later on is actually decent enough.

@Afrigirl lower Umtentweni is down and upper Is working. There must be a break somewhere in lower.

UGU was digging today in Russell Mellick road. May or may not be related.

Log the fault please.

I'll monitor some more tomorrow but I've been having flip-flops most this afternoon/evening, might not be related though as it usually would just go down completely.

Working again, yes. Was still off when I went to bed around 23:30 though.

Turns out not related, had to hammer my ODroid :)

Well I'm still down. It's only partially restored so far. Service light is dead.

Really sick of this **** network.

@Frogfoot Fibre can we hurry this up please? This is now day 2 and the weekend is fast coming to an end. Wtf are we still waiting for?

Still down and I see the fault is cleared on FF website. Why is the fault cleared and why did your technicians pack up and **** off when a range of people still complaining on whatsapp are still not restored @Frogfoot Fibre ?

@AfriNatic @AfriGuy can I get some assistance please? Not a peep from you guys in 2 days? Service light is off. That is the network, not me. Log another fault. I need this resolved. I'm in Michwood Rd. Umtentweni.

Now I see the fault on Twitter and fb says 8 links are still down but the ticket is closed.

Well done @Frogfoot Fibre no seriously bravo just sweep the **** under the carpet and pretend it's not there.

Tomorrow will be the 3d day offline.

Your technician joined our local WhatsApp but turned his phone off when people tried to call.

We need to know what is happening as ISP aren't taking this seriously because you closed the ****ing ticket as resolved!
