Seems to be Port Shepstone and shelly beach is also down. So widespread outage.
 
They have a massive Afrihost outage on frogfoot . It’s on Afrihost’s status page as well as Frogfoot’s

Yeah of course they will mark it as resolved useless ****ing ISP this.
