Fibre Internet Problems

On and off I have been having connection problems with my fibre, anyone know what would cause the internet to stop working, they came here before and said everything is fine? Could the router they gave me be faulty?

Having connection problems as well from around 5:40 with Telkom fibre in Pretoria East. First the phone service and internet was down. Phone service has been restored but still cannot connect to my ISP account, Rebooted the ONT and the modem.
10210 has extremely long holding times. Its been 23 minutes as of this post.
