Fibre ISP advice

Quick Question

Cool Idea has the 20Mbps for 899 (20 down and up)
Webafrica has the 20Mbps for 899 (20 down and up)

Which would you pick over these two providers?
particularly towards customer services and network uptime?

Cool Ideas, I would not even look at any of the ADSL providers when it comes to fibre, other than crystal web, they are all still stuck in the past, unable to move with the times

Thank you so much for the input I was also leaning towards Cool Ideas, was having a discussion with a neighbor that was pro webafrica.

Are there any other ISPs worth considering?

Has anyone here used Cell C fibre? They also claim to do uncapped unshaped packages. Their 20/20 Mbps costs R899 per month on a month-to-month basis, which is the same as Cool Ideas, plus they cover the upfront Vumatel costs (R1710), the activation fee (R999) and the router (+- R1500). If you cancel their contract within the first 12 months, then they pro-rate these costs for you to pay back, which all things considered isn't that bad a deal.

So has anyone used them, and what is the experience like?
