Does anyone have any email or phone address that I can reach for support from Vumatel and Bebroadband. My Connection has been down for over a week now and the representatives from both Bebroadband and Vumatel support team have been appalling. Hardly return may calls/emails and couldn't be bothered to get a resolution for me. I need to get hold of someone sennior in both organisations that can actually get something done.

Your ISP is your point of call, unfortunately I don't know anyone from Bebroadband to escalate to :(

I am having the same issue with Vumatel and Home Connect. Home connect have told me that they escalated to Vumatel to investigate but nothing seems to be happening and it’s getting so frustrating. Any advice on how to resolve this will be appreciated.

I feel your frustration, Vumatel seem to not give a crap. They have terrible service etiquette.

A FNO is a wholesaler

As an example makro is a wholesaler, when you buy a Samsung TV from makro and you have issues with the TV you go to makro to fix the TV not Samsung directly

Usually more headaches come from contacting the wholesaler directly
 
I just want to complain about Webafrica, there assistance towards connecting on Fibre is now 3 weeks. They have a wattsupp line but nobody can assist you to setup to let the router work. I am so disappointed in there serves as well as Openserve Connect. I will not recomment Webafrica to install your fibre. It is so frustrating.........

I guess you haven’t seen all the threads and mybb articles lol. Webafrica is currently the scourge of SA internet
