Fibre Line Move/Transfer

New Tenant has an existing Fibre Line with Afrihost is it best to transfer the line to the New House/Flat or better to get a New Line / Fibre Deal at the New House/Flat?

The new House/Flat has metrofibre pre installed with a calix ONT

Hi,

If it's Metrobre to MetroFibre we can submit a change of address order. If it's not the same fibre network they would need to do the relocation which will cancel the current line and signup a new line.

it is openserve to metrofibre I believe..

So cancel old line and apply for new line, would free install, setup and router etc still apply then?

Yes it will. We have a relocation button that will assist with the cancellation and signup again or you can just cancel and signup.
