Fibre load speed question

Hey guys

So I've just had a fibre line of 100 MB installed and speed test shows those tests and good ping, but when i try view twitch live on HD it buffers like crazy and metacritic.com those trailers buffer when i try to view them, just doesn't seem like i am getting 100 MB, but speed tests are fine, its weird, any ideas of what the issue could be?

Who is your ISP?
 
Speedtest is local and most content is cached in SA, those streaming sites are not cached and most time not local. Sop the ISP might be throttling international international speeds

Try running a traceroute to both twitch.tv and metacritic.com and post the results
 
Probably a tcp scaling issue on Windows if not that packet loss.

Check the Round-trip-time values after the 4th hop; you see increased values millisecond values to relay a packet. It goes funky beyond that 10th hop. Your problems appear to be at the ISP level.

Ah, I don't think Herotel allow for a different ISP, its their fibre and they provide the service
