Morning all
Is there a website out there that shows all the fibre coverage in the country and a map showing current installations being down, Someone is busy in my rd and i cannot find out what company is laying the fibre so i can contact them
Any Help Appreciated

To Answer your question, No, there is not such a map. Yes, this has been asked before numerous times.

As for who is digging up, giving your area normally people would be able to tell you. Or ask the workers supervisor.
 
Looking at what I have, I would hazard a guess that whoever is trenching in your road either isn't a fibre provider, or it is Telkom linking their MSAN with fibre for backhaul, in which case you won't get FTTH. Snap a pic or two of the work being done?

Ok will do this afternoon i did see this morning that there ar 2 big concrete tubes at the bottom of the rd which i assume will be for a Junction of sorts.
Ps is there Fibre at the corner of Chapman and Webber or corner Chapman and Whitford becasue that is where these concrete tubes are, i actually have seen at the bottom of Walton rd they have gone in to someones property and some type of installation is taking place there too.

PS there nearest Telkpom exchange is at the bottom of webber rd Above wadeville!

There is a DFA handhole corner of chapman and whitford. That s the current closest point as built to your street.

Some of the workers dont know who they are doing the work for, asked plenty of workers digging here and the best reply was... my boss told me to... well I also assumed it it uselesskom linking their MSAN's.
