Fibre provider

So Octotel recently installed fibre in our area and I now have the option of switching from WISP to Fibre.
Looking at a 20/5 or 100/25 option.

Providers currently available are:
Afrihost - Best financial deal for 20/5
Adept - Best financial deal for 100/25
Sonic Telecom - Been with them for years, but since HeroTel merge, their service is no longer as it were. So they're out.
Vanilla
CellC
Vodacom
RsaWEB
Cool Ideas

What are your feelings on the above in the Western Cape, Helderberg specifically?
Leaning towards either Afrihost or adept.
I have hosting with Afrihost and previously has mobile data with them.
Any issues with Adept?
