Good Day

I am looking at getting Fibre and need to choose a provider. I will be using it for Netflix mostly and downloads at times.
Looking to start off with a 4 MG lines.

One providers says Netfix will work on 4MG line the other on says no. Who do I trust ....?

I want a provider that is truthful and dont just sell you the best and then get bad service after.

Can you let me know please.

You should really consider a higher speed than 4Mbps if you want to stream Netflix, especially in HD. I know 4Mbps is more affordable, but at least consider an uncapped 10Mbps service.

As for ISPs, the usual suspects will service your needs: Afrihost, Axxess, Cool Ideas, Vox etc. They will also be able to help with who services your region (hence which fibre operator).

Stay away from Afrihost, Axxess, Vox, MWEB, Web Africa or any other provider who also provides ADSL services or a capped product. It has been proven time an again that these guys are just out there to screw their customers, from behind, without lube, and without being asked for it.

Go with Cool Ideas.

Exactly Afrihost is MyAdsl's handlers.

Wish this thread was started Monday. I placed an order with Afrihost and starting to regret it slightly. I was told there is no way to notify my that they placed an order with Openserve. Not even a mail/reference, nothing. Guess it's just another waiting game
