Fibre sropping on Supersonic - loadshedding

Up until this week, my fibre has always been stable and on (through UPS) throughout load shedding. From this week, the connection drops within seconds of load shedding starting - the router and ONT are both powered throughout - lights on, just no data. Same as my mobile phone - connects to a network, but cant make calls or use data. This is supersonic fibre. I suspect its recently been routed through mobile 5G towers - any insight? They are so difficult to contact or get help from. TIA
 
Good luck getting anything resolved from Supersonic's support team but if you dont come right, which you probably wont, drop an email to him [email protected]

Who is the fibre network provider? Change to another ISP?
 
Same here, in Midstream Ridge, with Supersonic. I can't work from home, will have to cancel my fibre.
