Fibre Tongaat - non coastal area

Hi

This is my first post to MYBB and would like to enquire if any SP would be willing to work with the community in laying fibre cables.

My suggestion is that the local community councillors assist to push for this and with hope of it been a local upliftment project where use of locals for labour or local companies if possible. I recall a few years back vuma tried to put fibre in kzn but was halted due to issues with labour force and so on. I think if the community is invested then that removes the security issues. There seems a great lack of interest by companies to install in many areas and the other option is lte bt that has its own set of issues. Lets bring fibre to every community
 
Link Layer has been pushing to get people to show interest. You can check with them what the response was.
 
Already done so 28th september and noted a good pull aready for the area.

Is there any suggestions how to expedite this with maybe even the communtiy getting involved as so not to have another experience as the Durban Mafia situtation as last time
