Good question... That's why I asked Arif about it He said that they're not going to dig up neighbourhoods as they're not going to run a metro network - just a national one.

When an article states that they are not looking to compete with telkom ect ect, then why bother building line from jhb - dur and jhb to cpt ? What is the purpose then if not to compete and thus not to make money ?
