Fibrehoods Shocking Service

Been trying to get through to Fibrehoods for the last hour to get them to do what they were supposed to do long ago. Stuck in the call centre queue for more than an hour. Total call queue time = 1 hour and 24 minutes. Unbelievable!!!

Only way to escalate is via your ISP with them.
