FIFA 10!!!!!!!!!

FIFA is almost like an Arcade game fast paced and pro evo more tactical i get the feeling when i play

If you don't mind elaborating... why would it be harder for Xbox than for PS3. I can see why it would be harder than on PC as the PC is tailor made for modding... but a console is a console no?

PS 3 allows you to use a usb flash stick with it so its just copy the option file from the usb stick to the ps 3 hard drive. You lose the trophies for most games but else then its just like the pc modding of replace one file with another.

This doesn't work on the xbox 360 from what I have read. You need to buy an external device to transfer from pc to xbox 360. Apparently the xbox 360 is locked.

Good to know - I wanted to buy an Xbox next year just for PES and few other sports games, but I reckon I'd rather go with the PS3 if that's the case...

The mouse controls in FIFA are taken from the Wii version of PES. Just an FYI. I prefer the gamepad myself...

Onto what I actually think of PES 2010.

WOW! Amazing. Not only does it look the part, but plays very similarly to the older generations of PES - more simulation than arcadey. Let's just say that FIFA players would have a hard time getting used to it, unlike the last couple of iterations of PES. Absolutely amazing.
 
Totally agree pes 2010 feels much more like pes 6 than the last two. Can't wait for the official release.
 
the cool thing about Pes2009 is the uefa champions league feature. Its wonderful.

Plus to all those out there...if you want to buy a soccer game for the PC then get PES 2009. i have played both Fifa and Pes on Pc. Pes is better

For consoles i don't know
 
Te FIFA 10 PC demo is horrid. The pitch is lime green :erm:

Also it seems again pc users miss out on the simple things. FIFA 10 on pc has had the same skills since 07, same player animations, same commentary etc. How hard is it to give the few cool things the consoles get to the PC?

I'm actually gonna go over to the FIFA 10 forums and rant about how **** FIFA 10 for pc is.
 
Do you prefer the d-pad or the analogue stick? Me I prefer the d-pad. It's why I would never get the Xbox... PES is practically the only game I would play on it and the PS3's d-pad is so much better.
 
I have never played it with the analogs. In actual fact i cannot play with the Analogs.

I will always use the d-Pad. Its just feels better.

Most will say the analog feels smoother, but for me - the d-pad is much much better. I have to admit the PS3's is better but im so used to the Xbox's that it doesnt bother me.
 
Nah - I tried the Xbox gamepad on the PC and it sucks ass compared to my Logitech Rumblepad 2 *purrs*...

Xbox would be awesome if MS didn't skimp on the d-pad. Kudos on the d-pad usage though. It just ain't PES without it. How do you think the 360° movement will impact that debate though? The guys from Konami say that turning will be smoother with a 16 directional d-pad. I didn't notice any change in the movement from the demo, but apparently the full game has it.
 
To be honest, i think i will always use the d-pad. Its just so much better. Gives me more control over the player than what the sticks can offer.

But then again, thats just me.
