So I bought FIFA 15 on the morning of release on Friday from Karl Ahari.
Since I'm close to the warehouse, I called and asked if I could pop over by later the afternoon to collect.
Cust Service said yes.
I arrive at the warehouse about half hour before closing. They tell me its not ready, despite my order showing online as "Ready to Ship"........they say it's not available for collection as it hasnt been packed yet.
I say wtf, i'm right here why you wanna pack it, i selected warehouse collection.
Long story short, I asked them to cancel the order, walked away, drove to the mall and bought it over the counter.
Now, Monday, with my order having been cancelled by them as requested, i get an email with DLC codes for FUT packs and other unlockables.
What would you do ?
Use them ? or Not ?
