I want to start a FIFA 15 Career Mode on Youtube...

Who do you guys think is the best team to 'kick-off' my career mode (see what I did there)?
 
Dude that's the point of career mode, building a team yourself! If you could start with stoke and make it great that's worthwhile

Starting with an already established team is fun, but playing season after season quickly gets boring!

But it is really your choice. . .

Yeah. If you start with a top team, it's way too easy to buy the best players because of the budget, and after winning the main cups, it gets boring pretty quick. I always start with a team in the Championship. In fact, in FIFA 15, I started with Doncaster Rovers, which is even lower in League 1. I then buy young, cheap players with huge potential, and build the team from there. I'm now in my second season of EPL after being promoted, and trying to get a Champions spot at the end of this season, and hopefully challenging for the league title in the next 2 seasons. Adds way more longevity going that route, but it does mean the chances of playing with your current favourite players are slim (unless you pick them up when they're much older, or get a cash injection via the in-game store boosters).
