I think had Danny and them known what a schlep this whole WC was going to be they would have sold the rights to China.
Apart from nobody being allowed to to tade anything near the stadiums unless approved by Fif, for a cut of course, this weeken's Sunday Times printed an article that states that all tickets not formally
purchased will not be valid. Those tickets that aare being given away by lottery and promotion
will not be valid. Imagine getting to the gate and the scanner says you ticket is not in your name
as per you id end having to turn around!
Foine for facilitating such tickets R200,000!

Tickets given away by FIFA partners are valid. What is not valid are those tickets bought through bid or buy, or gumtree or other auction sites.

ignoring the spelling, Danny & them knew full well what the WC entales, after all we did bid for the 2006 games, so they visited Korea/Japan & saw the "FIFA Show" there. FIFA have limitless demands, Im pretty sure one of them must include a midget to wipe Sepp's arse after catching a crap in every stadium. Thats how petty they are. Having them here has its good & the bad's unfortunatley for us the bads are pretty annoying.

Good! Nothing worse than paying good money for your ticket and then later finding out that a lot of people were in the stadium with fake tickets for which they paid less than half of what you did. Also nothing worse than those idiots standing outside the stadiums trying to make a quick buck selling tickets, that they never intended using themselves, at inflated prices.

FIFA gets $3.4 billion for ensuring that at least the area around the stadium does NOT have ambush marketing.

There are several sites around the Fan Fest and viewing areas to trade. This is a major event, run like most others, with restrictions and requirements.

This is not some free-for-all do what you like outside the stadia.

Just be happy that we can buy our local beer at the Fan Parks instead of that golden Piss Budweiser.

Well the Fifa rules ended up meaning plenty of the shirts zakumi's e.t.c. were all made in China.

We decided not to make anything for the world cup simply because the costs were to great.

Well done.
