A few foreigner hooligans and a lot of .... locals?

It would be interesting to see the breakdown in stats? Did they arrest the foreigners for drunk and disorderly behaviour only? Or were these guys mugging people? Then maybe the locals were arrested for similar too.

I suppose the burglary was another case of "negligence on the part of the lawful owner".

What a bizarre observation, do you honestly think someone would hop on a plane & fly across the world to mug? Unless they have a mugging disorder...

A few days ago there was a link posted here, about South Americans that flew here for the WC, specifically so that they could rob people and steal laptops.
