Always a good watch this, to see the next generation of talent coming through

South Africa under 20 (also known as Amajita) play later tonight against Argentina in their group at 8:30

Portugal won their opener against South Korea 3-1

Interesting to note that the below countries are not at the tournament, and these are normally countries with strong youth teams

Brazil
England
Netherlands
Germany

HT score

Argentina 1-1 South Africa

Amajita did well to pull that back, having gone behind after only 5 mins

Eventually fell apart for them. Lost 5-2 having had a player sent off in the 2nd half.

They did well to go in 1-1 at half time, but then went behind and had the player red carded. The Argentine team to be fair are different class though, and you can see it in the way they play the game.

Personally feel, like with most of our national football teams, we have a long way to go when it comes to coaching and management

Damn. Was hoping.
Me too, as they have a few good young players in Lyle Foster who plays for the reserve team of Monaco in France. I was surprised to see Thakgalo Leshabela on the bench, as he plays for Leicester under 23 team
