file recovery

ok so i quick formated and installed windows now i need files that were on the pc yes, im helpin a friend out i backup my data, so i have used Recuva with good results, what else can i try??? need a program tha goes even deeper???

please help....

Eeeek! :eek: If you have installed windows to that drive, there is a good chance your files have already been over-written! :(

but try some of these tools anyway...

try to run it for a memory stick so you don't overwrite more stuff

It normally works like this,the deeper you want to go the deeper you need to put your hands in your pockets:rolleyes:tis true.recovermyfiles seems to a choice of mine but the userfriendly bars is way down:(
