Dont know about the Java but the Delphi had quite a few unseen concepts...the ASCI code section was horrid...but it was all good hey! I rate the theory paper is gonna be way harder!

BTW, this is an awesome thread for the IEB I.T students, thanks for creating it!
 
mmm, pracs were the best in high school :) and I'm curious, what does ctrl+j do? :confused:

ASCI code section i did not know and i just looked through the java documentation for something that did that :D
 
I go to Reddam House...the help functions were our only way to get passed that section...we had to use the 'Ord' function to convert a character into ACSI and then the 'Abs' function to convert the final score into an absolute value...but we were warned that the last few sections would be harder...

But you have to admit it was waaaay easier than the exemplar! that was killer..

Yea I knew what to do with the ASCI section, just not sure I implemented it properly. Yea remember abs function as well.

@cheeseboy - What was the exemplar about? I might've done it..
 
Something about Dog breeding...some of those questions were outrageous! But yeah... at least we have theory to look forward too....naaaat! I think theory will be good, the exemplar was too easy for it tho... tons of vista related questions.. like why would you downgrade to it!
 
Uh hey man, can I scan for you over the weekend? Things are little hectic at the moment, I have to print out all of my work for portfolios, and we just completed our group project this morning, and still have to complete the documentation for that.

EDIT: do you only want the delphi section of the paper?

my final programing project was well over 120 pages.

i hate having to do all that documentation :(
 
^holy cow man, thats insane.

Luckily I have laser printer here from the dads work (in colour) so its pretty painless to print the stuff, just have to put it all together.
 
I'm also doing Java at University, Java is dirt easy, at least the Java that we are doing now

I would also like to get those scanned papers. i need the delhpi part as well, cause it will be excellent practice for my GDE practical later this month....

Are you talking about something simalar to a PAT- where u design your very own program etc...
