For those of you who read my other post about Telkom lowering me to 2mbit after my fault was repaired you will know iv been trying endlessly to get my speeds back up.
This morning i phoned again to the DSL support and after explaining for what feels like the 100th time i was redirected to the products ordering department.
I explained to them my problem and once again got redirected back to the DSL support. I then phoned 10219 and a lady there quickly redirected me to another lady who worked on the tech side and quickly bumped my speed back to 4mbit and all done over the phone.
Looks like if your having speed issues dont bother with DSL support call 10219 and explain your problem.
