I I am Penguin Executive Member Joined Jan 26, 2009 Messages 7,712 Reaction score 38 Jan 19, 2010 #7 P2P downloaders (Also uploads) chow bandwidth. Bitcomet uploads data even if you do not download or the Uploading is stopped depending on settings. Therefore i always shut mine down deliberately!
