Find program accessing internet

My home pc's has pulled down 3 gig of bandwidth from the 17th ?

Anyone recommendations on software I can run to try and find out what's using bandwidth ?

yeah i thought of that but it's started on sunday .. os updates are noramlly on a tuesday ?

Never got involvec with win7 firewall will ahve to have a look

If your machine is missing an update it will download whenever it gets a chance, so it still could be.

P2P downloaders (Also uploads) chow bandwidth. Bitcomet uploads data even if you do not download or the Uploading is stopped depending on settings. Therefore i always shut mine down deliberately!

yeah nothing like that on the computer is a pure gaming rig..

P2P run on my lappie so I can sneaky sneaky office unlimited bandwidth.

Gf has been facebooking on it recently.. grrrr
