Finding a co-founder

As some of you might know I've got a project I'm working on that I think will do pretty well.
I started learning coding about a year ago and I'm at the point where I'm building a prototype that should be done in a couple of months(could be faster but I only get about and hour a day to code) where I would be able to demonstrate this idea fully.

But the thing is I'm not really a coder and don't want to be. I'm really,really into the product and market side of things. So naturally I'd need a front or back-end coder(I can do either if my co-founder prefers) to join me in this venture but I don't know ANY coders at all. No one in my social circle. Which is kinda odd now that I think about it. But I digress.

Where can I go to mix with some web guys. Are there any startup events or anything in Gauteng? Any suggestions?

There's lots of programmers and other types here. Why not at least mention the field or so that your project is in or maybe your requirement from someone else.

I might be interested in joining your venture provided that you fill me in more about your project or idea. I have tons of spare time to do coding work and I am proficient in javascript, php, mysql, python and distributed version control (git). I also have a wide group of programmers and other entrepreneurs in my social circle so PM me to discuss more.
 
Guys, guys, slow down... not even a little foreplay hey, you just go straight for the prize. :D

Anyway, to clarify I'm looking to meet people first. Get to know them. See if we're compatible. Shoot the ****. Okay so there are no events or things where web startups go to chat in this country?
