Firefox 3.6

Don't know if this is the place to post this but anyway...

I usually use dark themes in my OS (Ubuntu 9.10) which makes input boxes black and text white in Firefox (Chrome & Opera are unaffected). But on MyBB, when I try to reply to a thread the text and the input box is white. Are there any ways to fix this?

You can override css rules in userContent.css. Check it out here: http://www.mozilla.org/unix/customizing.html#userContent

Is it just me or does opening a tab in 3.6 now open right next to the origin tab instead of at the end of all your open tabs like it did in 3.5.

not just you and it is DAMN frustrating!!!

Was one of the many reasons i left chrome and came back to firefox.

Yes it does and I dont really like it. I'm sure it can be changed in about:config though.

Yea i am hating that :(, you cannot change it.

Does this tab mix problem open the windows like the old way?

Open a new tab (:P) and type about:config into the address bar. You should end up in the configuration key editor. Paste browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent into the “Filter” field. This should narrow down the listing to a single item. Simply double-click the row to toggle the setting from “true” to “false.” You can then close the tab and go back to your browsing.

Here is how to fix:

* Type about:config in the address bar. Then, if needed click the “I’ll be careful, I promise!” button.
* Next, in the filter box – type in: tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent
* Right-click that about:config entry, and select “Toggle”

This will convert Firefox back to loading opening a new tab from a web page on the far right of the tab bar, rather than right next to the tab you opened it from.
Thank you man, you're a life saver. I searched over the web for this tweak but i couldn't find it. You deserve a beer.

Just be carefull if you have any software running on firefox using Jinitiator to start up it will not work after the update of 3.6
