Firefox 3.7 plans outlined

I am still on Firefox 3.0.11 for Ubuntu 9.....I hope its not just for Windows.

I have never noticed any changes with any of the releases, but its free so...yea whatever....

At the end of the day its your personal choice as to how the navigation bars look, on top of what is really just a large rectangle that you view a webpage.

The only problem mozilla has to face now is the rate of their growth. Their browser is growing faster than the add-ons are ( which imo is what made ff such a great browser ).

Already upgrading to 3.5 i lost one or two add-ons due to incompatibility issues.

So true .. this again happened with the 3.5.1 update for the ones that were fixed. But for now FF still rules.

What's immediately obvious is the obvious attempt to simplify the interface and hide unnecessary menus and buttons

The mockup looks like Chrome meet IE8 and had an illegitimate child called FF 3.7?

Personally, I like the way FF looks now.
