First time FTTH

I am trying to begin the process of getting fibre to my new flat.
I know that Vumatel has installed fibre to my complex in Morningside, but I need to get the cables run to my flat from the distributor at the bottom of the block.
Supersonic is the only ISP that claims to offer free installation, everyone else requests R1725 paid to Vumatel. Is SuperSonics website just inaccurate or can anyone vouch for the truth of their claims?
I noticed in their Ts and Cs that it only applies to 8m for Openserve and 15m for Metrofibre Networx. If I’m with Vumatel, does that mean I’m not with one of those, or is that apples to oranges?

I would recommend Openserve and that 8metre only applies to trenching and I doubt if you gonna need a 8m long trench in a complex

But he has Vumatel and NOT openswerve in his complex?
