Had the line connection fixed because of noise, after the fix, sync speed has dropped to 3.1mb. Was previously 4mbs stable. Now what? I'm confused.... :confused

hmm how did they fix the line noise and whats your line stats?
I once got put on the wrong UMC card as my other card died and had a similar problem until they put me on the correct card.

The "fix" was somewhere on the pole in the road. Had noise on the line and they "investigated" and found that there's a problem on the connection on the pole. Attended to it and closed the call without checking with me...
