Flase Advertising from Openweb?

I saw this on my MSN just now:

I was quite hopeful, but I knew it was too good to be true. So I clicked on it anyhow. The Openweb.co.za website opened and showed nothing even closely to what this 'ad' stated.

Unless its some obvious thing I'm missing here. Like, the standard is to buy a 2GB account and get a 30GB(2+28) instead. Or something like that. Any comments MrBeep?

Yea, no E&OE in sight. I bet there is some law out there...like the "Local bandwidth usage shall not be subject to the cap" but just "One-Line Ad usage shall not be subject to the E&OE". Only this time, the latter is better enforced than the former.
